New investments in Casa de Campo

The Casa de Campo tourist complex announces expansion plans with the construction of two hotels in Bayahíbe, in Playa Minitas, and new facilities in La Marina.
The president of the tourist complex, Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, in an interview with Listín Diario, indicated that to continue contributing to tourism, we must add the inventory and the offers, which are two luxury hotels that will add 800 rooms in the area.
The new projects include the extension of Playa Minitas, for a greater offer to the guests, explained Pichardo Rosenberg, adding that they strive to offer new services since it is possible to enjoy an “excellent gastronomic offer” on the beach and other novel attractions that will be made available in that area.
The investments will be developed in March of next year, to be completed for 2020, with the most attractive beach club in the country.
When explaining his plans to Listín Diario, the main executive of the renowned complex said that the new hotels in Bayahíbe will be part of a strategy that seeks to consolidate the offer in this area within the “All Inclusive” concept, but with luxury.
He said that everything is planned and this new development will be executed with the quality and care that they put into everything that the business group does. In a previous interview, businessman Alfy Fanjul, the main executive of the Central Romana Group, also referred to the plans being developed for these new investments.
Pichardo Rosenberg, who has been Casa de Campo’s chief executive for a year and a half, said that these new projects will contribute to tourism in this region and the country. He explained that in the case of the Minitas Beach Club the interest is to position it as the best Beach Club in the Dominican Republic. He added that no detail will be spared so that tourists from all over the world feel the best possible, and the menu will be Mediterranean food mixed with the flavors of Latin American cuisine.
The president of Casa de Campo said that in addition to the golf school that has recently opened hosting events promoted with world celebrities; The concept of golf, which has characterized Casa de Campo, will continue to be increasingly attractive, which includes events through Fedogolf, national and international tournaments, including the Latin American Latin Championships and other innovations.
He referred to plans in the gastronomic area and restaurants that he has on the property, which he seeks to encourage more varied and attractive facets to the palate, as is the case with Flavors of the World.
He indicated that in the cruise area, the tourist complex has a competitive advantage because of the number of boats arriving each year; he referred Luis Emilio Rodríguez, who is in charge within the Central Romana Group, as well as director of the La Romana-Casa de Campo international airport.
